Home again!
We missed the end as we stayed in the park at Lincoln Fields as it was deliciously sunny and lovely and my children had fallen in love wih several puppies and a couple trying to have romantic picnic.
And now, a cup of tea!A wonderful day out, an enormous THANK YOU to Teddy and Jacqui for all their hard work, and another enormous THANK YOU to the wonderful marshalls, without whom it would be impossible.
Everyone looked (and was) amazing. It was fantastic to meet both familiar faces from last year and many new ones too.
Huzzah, and a doff of the cap from S.Walrus, Ms. Walrus, Esme Mini-Walrus and Oscar Micro-Walrus.
Edit : Ms. Walrus has some photos here.

Epic day. Made only more epic by Ewan mcgregor/mark gonzalez pap spottage. Respect to the organisers. I think for the second year running I had the most inappropriate tech bike but good vibes all round...well done everyone, photos soon!

Wow! Another great tweedy day in the saddle.
Big thanks and a hearty round of aplause to Teddy, Jacqui (who must be the scariest marshall) and the other marshalls. Also, I'm sure there are other nameless folk who deserve thanks for helping to put on such a top hole event!
Can't wait to see some uploaded pics

Excellent ride, lovely atmosphere, much thanks to organisers and marshals!
My one day of smoking a pipe came to an abrupt end when I realised I'd somehow lost it, heard every time the matches came out but not the one time of the pipe :(. Silly waist coats.

I want my own special blendTweed Run catering crew tea. And a merino t-shirt :-)
It was a pleasure to be part of the event and meeting the other volunteers, so I didn't notice how hard we worked until we were clearing up.
Hot date with Homebase - successful
And so to bed. London Classic in the morning.

wanted to extend my gratitude to the unknown gentleman who kindly offered me his magical bike grease cleaning cloth after I got my stockings dirtied with bike grease 15 minutes before Tweed Run started! You saved my day! :)

THANK YOU for the brilliant day to all that helped, I had such fun!
And thanks to the mystery stockings savior, my miserable hankie was no match to your magic cloth.
Damn, I have a saggy carradice. Is there anywhere (East Central) London that sells Carradice QR supports?
Glorious day for it!
