(why do i feel like i'm going to regret this?)
Because you know how small minded and petty people can be?
Good luck, Teddy!

I have a feeling some people are going to be spending a lot more money on dapper cycle-wear than I am!

There's a pop-up suit shop by Tavistock place on the hipster highway that had tweed in the window. Suits were £75, so tweed should be cheap.

pashley, one of our lovely sponsors, has generously offered to make us a special edition clubman in tweed run livery. it's just being built up in the pashley workshop at the moment. handmade buckingham black frame in 531 with ivory highlights and gold luglining. it's sweeeet.
when it's done, we're going to auction it off on ebay, with all proceeds going to bikes4africa. the winner can collect and ride it at the tweed run. stay tuned for more info.

There is a nice rail of plus fours at around £35 in the vintage shop downstairs at Stables Market in Camden.... Jackets at £40 odd. If that helps anyone?

A little moth has told me there may be a run being organised on the same day as the Tweed run, very informal, unlimited numbers, fancy dress optional, might be of interest to anyone unable to get tickets for the TR? anyone interested??

If you're organising a ride, it's best to post details about it, like where and when for a start.

ebay definitely has a lack of plus fours in my size, starting to think I should bulk up a bit. This year is first tweed run for me and the mrs, looking forward to meeting everyone - happy to tag along with anyone who couldn't register in time with friends

Isn't it, a 'little bird'?
Cryptic clue perhaps?
what time tomorrow?*
I had meant to sign up for volunteering but alas have got an engagement on the day that I simply cannot miss. One of these days I'll make it on another Tweed Run.
*couldn't resist ;]
