  • Got this the other day

  • Osh Kosh B'Gosh.

  • Doesn't have a chainstitcher (has anyone in the UK?) but they are tailors by trade anyway.

  • The same way a tailored suit is the way to go, custom fit jeans are money well spent.
I'm defo going trying it soon.

  • Son Of Stag

    Cheers!

Logs on to Yahoo Japan auctions

  • Custom Fit Jeans??!

WTF, you're not Italian are you??

  • Jeans should NOT fit!

  • A mate found a bloke off Neal Street with a chain stitcher, he's moved away now tho'... I could find out where he's gone...

  • Son Of Stag

    From their site:

*'We are different to other denim stores with our choice of products (which are in store but not shown on this website), knowledge, our service & that we offer a chainstitch service in London, on the original Union Special Chain Stitch machines. We are using the original threads from Edwin, Lee etc. So pop into the shop to get your jeans hemmed with chain stitching.'

Darling, i did write cloning jeans didn't I?... By custom fit I don't mean fucking denim leggings you trollop. I mean custom like this:

  • Factory made jeans last you a song = Uniqlo.
The crotch of my S-000 just gave in after 5 months because of sporadic cycling in them.
    That's 100 quid in 1 year.

  • It's a crime to cycle in nice jeans... Which is why I hardly ever wear mine now... Shame...

  • No TS, it's a crime to treat denim like cashmere... you should be ashamed.

  • Shrink-to-Fit or >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • I said it before, will repeat it:
It's all about the Miner look, you can't get more underground than that.
21oz denim as suggested by aDT, and dragging yourself through the ground to get those vivid contrasts.
    It's a science.

  • Way back I bought a pair of Hard Yakka selvege jeans, most expensive pair I've ever bought but also the best.

  • By the way, anybody wants this for £20? New with tags, size M, for someone slim and not taller than 5'10" (or caucasian, because sleeves aren't very long).

You were wearing jeans all the time last year... Just saying.

  • Cycling and jeans are completely incompatible, if you disagree you're a rotting elephant corpse being picked at by hyenas.

  • It's all about the Miner look

This... Or the farmhand/cowboy look... Not Hollywood cowboy mind...

Cheap black jeans, not boutique Japanese denim...

  • edwin do some good ones, even with the doughnut buttons

Mine are so small in the seat part of the jean and sit so low that they give me a back ache.
