Girl's birthday innit, otherwise I'd be there. I did suggest she ride it but ~150 or so kay from ours and back isn't her idea of birthday fun. :)

In, joining blue fleet as a first timer on a ride like this. And I live at the foot of Crystal Palace so it'd be rude not to, see you there

Bump
Im in for this, like you Jez I live just at the bottom of Crystal Palace. It would be helpfull if they had a map up of the route but thats only a little niggle.

the route is signposted all the way round.
they give you a route card as well.
it's very easy to follow.
i think they're also tweaking the route a touch.
they'll post it soon enough! -

Oh right cheers, I was thinking it'd be good to know the route before hand, maybe have a practice run, plus family/onlookers could get an idea where to stand.

We'll publish the route a fortnight or so before the day itself. Like skive says we'll sign the whole thing and give out a routecard (with a bit to get stamped at LMNH). The major news on the route is that the Docklands / Woolwich Ferry / Thames crossing bit is now OUT for 2011 due to engineering works on both Woolwich and Greenwich tunnels...so expect a new route post Wapping...
Oh and web entries are now closed - paper entry only remains from the good folk at Brixton Cycles...

Check your spam folder Fox...an email was sent out about a week ago by the organisers after people like me flapping that they hadn't had a confirmation.
Mine was in my gmail spam folder and quite a few other people I know found their confirmation in their spam folder

Just to update that I popped in to Brixton Cycles at the weekend and there were no more application forms.
I emailed 'cobblemonster' (from London Classic website) and luckily someone had dropped out so the friend I was registering got on the ride but it seems that its full unless you want to email 'cobblemonster' and get on the reserve list for anyone dropping out.
