  • This was fun. Even if me and Alb got lost and did several of the hills twice.

    Alb?

  • Does anyone know of nearby car parking as i'll be heading in from the Wilds of Essex and don't wanna rely on trains toget me near the start in time
    Cheers

Any of the streets that drop off behind Church Rd SE19 will be free to park on - for example Milestone Road SE19.

  • Good laugh this, shame I can't be there, but I'll be running a marathon in Brighton....

I couldn't recognize which tree-fringed part of South London features in the first minute of this vid., and was getting worried at how my fixed efforts might compare, only to realize it was footage of the real P-R as a lead-in to the more prosaic efforts of the London Classic. Underlined by Digger pushing up the hill at 2.14!

Pipe lagging on the bars for shock-absorbtion- what do you say Hippy?

  • I saw that done at Paris-Roubaix. London's "cobbles" are no comparison. A normal pair of gloves and you should be fine. Then again.. the post-ice pothole situation has worsened.. ;)

  • C'mon Hippy, be a good day out no?

  • Just signed on, I really enjoyed this last year.
