I read that, sounds proper! We have nutella sachets at work... I might start on them and build my way up (without any of the actual hard cycling obviously)

I really enjoyed this race in 2010 and was looking forward to it this year. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because nothing really seemed to happen. The highlight last year was the Old Wolugar Hill stage when Cadel Evans did a terrific ride, but this year it didn't grab me in the same way. All the Pros look fat as well, especially TEAM LEOPARD.

Pity 'spot reduction' is a myth then.
