my understanding was that you should aim for a proportioned rectangle. so a stuby face with a spread collar would just make a stubbier frame and likewise a long face with a long pointy collar would make a long frame. does that make sense? no face type should be unworkable if you apply that rule.

My Turnbull & Asser shirt has a gauntlet or cocktail cuff which is aces. Buttons and folds back with no need for cufflinks.
