  • Nope. No exceptions.

They all look like that flat cap wearing tart on the Gadget show.

  • there is only one justification for t-shirt with scarf, imho. I'll alow singers (professionals that is) to get away with it. I have a friend who, unless it is in the 80F or above always has some sort of scarf on for that reason.
@nhatt - if you want to learn to tie a scarf lets go to liberty. They will gladly spend 30 mins or so showing you half a dozen techniques. They even have an illustrated booklet about scarf tying. I'm happy to go with you too... As i own a fair number of scarves.

    Deal.

    Hmm.

Since you're coming tonight to drinks, I might wear my scarf.

    I wear a flatcap... hmmm.

  • a friend went to liberty and had that little tutorial. there is a lovely technique of making two knots and feeding the oposing corners through making a beautiful drape and showing off the print.

you look cool in a flat cap. i will be scarfed up also :-)

  • Superdry's share value is currently c. £1bn

  • Hermes used to have guides on how to tie their big silk scarves, but not just as neck attire for women they could be used in all manner of configurations, including as mid riff tops.

  • Where are drink tonight?

  • at the risk of opening myself up to more than I can handle...here is a photo of me on suit day with my favorite scarf that I haven't a clue how to wear...suggestions?

  • Oops.

Is that Moby in a Folk cardi?

  • I've got about 12 scarfs. Original Tootal(used to collect them) silk, as well as more standard wool, cashmere etc....

They HAVE to be worn properly not like 99% of teds you see nowadays from boybands to weathermen. You know, that horrible double up then push down through the middle.
Me and my mates called that way of dressing a scarf 'The Cov Knot' cos every cunt in Covent Garden wore it that way

We used to call it "the footballer knot" purely because it required the least amount of brainpower to tie it. As we're all aware, footballer aren't the quickest of cats.....

  • Ok. I had to google Gadget show presenter.

    He is called Jason Bradbury.

I can't even find a pic of him in a flat cap with a scarf!

  • Is that Moby in a Folk cardi?

I thought it was Wayne Hemmingway.

  • The Gadget Show. Television for Virgins.

  • Thank fuck I'm married.

  • this knot is a bit involved maybe even contrived but could be nice with an outfit of muted colours

YouTube - The coolest scarf knot 4 men!

  • ^I posted that in the I hate thread months ago. What the fuck do these people look like?

Is it just me or does everything that All Saints sells look completely battered. Most of the staff look like they've spent the night either on a park bench or on the embankment. How is that style?

Oh, and Superdry's owned by an Indian geezer.
