ftfy.
My monitor is a few years old but its fairly high resolution, and all I see as the thread title is "Proper Leather Shoes"
everything I've posted is proper (as in approapite to my place in life) mead of leather, and a shoe.

from sanders. there's something i like these. maybe because they are from a good stable and remind me of a time when prada was new on the block (in my mind anyway) and making interesting and good quality casual shoes.
Etons... At least that's what we called them as kids... Only came in suede, woulda killed for a leather pair BITD... Nice...

How do you guys feel about the trend of Nude colored shoes crossing over to menswear?
I've been into the trend on women, especially with Louboutins and nude tights as it essiunates the flash of red on the sole. Also Chanel had an interesting offering with the crossed Cs in gold on the heal, but nudes being so feminine are traditionally difficult to incorporate into menswear.
I think Louboutin managed it elegantly with the SS11 Rollerboys as the spikes help add a hard masculine edge to the shoe but its just a remake of what they did this winter and I would like to see the brand push the envelope again.

Chris Chrash, while I find your manner a bit brash and your tastes a lot ridiculous in a vacuous fashion kind of way, I think your contributions are relevant. I like that you're not afraid to sound like a cunt and that you don't rise to the bait when reactionary pricks (like me) call you on it.

I fully admit that my tates are more "Fashion for the sake of Fashion" I like to see things pushed to the breaking point and that I'm a bit of a cunt.

I've now bought two pairs of those John White's from tk maxx, a pair of dark brown chukkas and the tan slim brogues. A £60 a pop you can't complain, even if they only last a few years.

how long before my brown Patrick Cox loafers come back into fashion?
i'm in two minds about these, one part says they look good, would be durable, and appropriate to my station in life; the other part cannot bring itself to admit that by wearing such shoes i am in fact my dad...
