Thanks a lot! I wanted it to have more of a gradient but it came out well. The thickness of the 'stripes' depends on the thickness of the yarn. The colours were inspired by a trip to north Cornish coast :-)
When my GF moves in I'm making my spare room into a studio and buying a loom...

I inherited my moms loom (unless my sister grabs it). Proper big one for rugs etc. Would love to be able to use it but won't happen as long as we live in London

Boots got a new rubber sole, been cleaned and sno-sealed for the winter.
Chucked them in the oven for 5 minutes on 75°C to warm the leather up, worked wonders to get the wax to melt in to the leather. Then a bit of hairdryer to get the wax in the welts in properly.
