I did 333km, which is exactly 2/3 of the distance (66%).
I only started on 27th, so I had 5 of the 8 days allowed (which is 63% of the time allowance)Therefore I have completed the challenge, badge please.

Riding home from work now to complete mine.
Re. sudden radical jumps in mileage, don't underestimate the hole you can put yourself in if you have gone from 100-150km to 500km for the week.
Have a couple of days off and don't catch a cold and you'll get the benefit next week.

Finished. 41km loop up to Oron and Palazieux in the rain.

All finished, all fixed. About 93,700 pedal revolutions by my count. Was getting a bit fed up of fixed today though, windy and a very hilly ride to finish off.

Just got off the turbo. Like to wake up the vitals... get them ready for the booze they're about to absorb.

I'm done. And drinking a beer on the sofa.

Finished but unfortunately, hit by a car which wasn't great. Enjoyed it a lot this year.

All done, although this mornings ride to work was a mega bonkfest down the A37 at 13mph.
Last year I did 95% of it fixed and all on one gear, this year I did the entire thing on my caad10. the sense of achievement doing it fixed was much greater but I think I enjoyed it more this year, and am glad to have put some good milage in on the road bike before racing starts just to make sure i'm real comfortable on it.
Better get the gin out of the cupboard now and undo all that hard work.

Sorry to hear that @jakemcree - all okay?
-
• #1588
Not really sure yet. Bike seems a bit wrecked so going to take it to get looked and all my gear is ruined. Cuts and bruises and I sliced a good part of my thumb off but I'll live :)

Where there's blame there's claim.

Are Rapha posting out patches this year? I put my details into some website...
-
• #1592
Where are you going to sew your patch?
-
• #1593
Were you supposed to tell them you'd completed it sonewhere? Or is tracking on strava enough?
-
• #1594
Nah. There was a site you had to sign up on, think the deadline has passed now too or maybe it's the end of the month.
Did anyone get a confirmation email? I didn't. -

Gooch.

• #1596
Oh well. I'll have to get my kids to make me a homemade one out of pipe cleaners and sticky back plastic.
-
• #1597
On to one of my work shirts I guess. Somewhere where it will get maximum exposure.

So they're sending them out? What are the stats on the postcard: how many people finished?
-
• #1600
You don't get a postcard this year - it's a (literally) coaster.
Victory celebration gone wrong? Hope you didn't break anything.
