If somebody gets seriously hurt and sues, there will be no more minidrome. It is incumbent on them to take reasonable precautions, and 'reasonable' has a very clear meaning in law.

Were you wearing a helmet when you received all those head injuries? Such a shame when repeated blows to the head reduce one's language and cognitive skills to those of a 2 year old.

Sure they don't need to listen to random advice from keyboard warriors, but a couple of points raised by guys are still valid and could help another event like that safer and more fun for all.
