2011-01-15 Sat - Redbull Minidrome

I went to it for a bit. Its OK - I think its probably a lot more fun if you're competing. But the size of the track means people cant really ever go that fast. And watching Time Trials just isnt that appealing. Something like the Goldsprints is much more of a buzz because there's a real sense of competition.

Also, too many people with high track gear ratios. 1:1 would have been great!

That was good fun. Riding the tiny track was really fun. I didn't make it to the final 32 but would love to have a another go. I think I would have been sick if it had been longer than 10 laps though.

Great fun, even if I did slam hard and fuck the axle on my spinergy.
