Well, their site didn't work so I spent my money at Tredz. I've not used Tredz before but their ordering works which is further than I got with Sigma so let's see if the goods turn up.

I use them quite a lot.

Mostly for picking up stuff I've had to order online because they never fucking have what I need.

Oh well, I was annoyed enough with sigma to try them. This is their one chance...

Dropped my bike at sigma today. Regretting it now, customer service was 'absent'.

Following my rude reception Monday, I've called today to check my bike is fixed and ready for collection today as agreed. It's not, and no one called me to tell me so lucky I didn't head over. 0/10 won't be using them again.

They are fucking useless.

They want sales but offer no service.

I've called them a couple of times with some queries regarding my CAAD 12 (brought elsewhere) and its stupid BB30, each time I had a quite a bit of (obviously free) detailed advice on what I should do. I was impressed enough to buy stuff off them afterwards.

Well final update, went in to collect and when I raised my dissapontment with the rude service and lack of communication I got no apology. It was my fault apparently.

Ouch. nothing but good service from Sigma previously.
