That's absolutely class. What chassis in it on?

Kyosho Fantom, so the BW Spider. I need to order some magnetic body mounts so I can leave the chassis unmolested and still lift the shell enough to allow drive/steering.

Why not cut the rear wheel width down?

I don’t want to mess with the chassis - still want to also run it with the Fantom body.

It would also be very difficult.

I already said it up-thread, but that’s such a cool chassis!

I used to race a Mardave Ministock with a van body and lengthened chassis up at Crystal Palace back in the day. 7.2V pack and a 19 or 17T double on an ESC. I used to narrow the front wheels to reduce oversteer anyway, but I had a second set for the van body so they didn’t stick out too much!

Mind u I think that chain would explode over 25mph.

I also bought a Radiolink transmitter for the Fantom (need better and more accurate control to get the best out of the chassis) and a brushless combo (Hobbywing X10) for the TT02B.

This thread has had me looking around on YouTube looking at videos of people putting together kits. I had loads of different kits back in the day, I used to build them and then sell them on. I've still got a Hot Shot up in the loft.
