Cheer both.
Will check our GW.
It was that the flowers were still showing on the bottom and... I guess lack of ripeness(?) Whereas the ones I grew in France when I was little looked "ready" from very small.

My blackberry got scorched yesterday, google says they’re still edible but I’m a bit peeved because they were just about ready.

World War Two vibes!! Love it, I'm determined to grow more food next year, hoping our new little bee friends will aid with pollination, etc...

Does anyone know what I can do with this apple tree - its about one metre high and its a pain trying to cut grass around or under it and keep weeds at bay. It came with the house when we moved in about 3 and 1/2 years ago and doesn't seem to want to grow. I'm imagining its been this size for some time?

These were pickled a few days ago and are probably 6-8cm long.
