The wildflower corner in my tiny garden is attracting a fuckton of dragonflies. Was trying to photograph one of a 5 shockingly blue ones knocking about when a red one landed on my shoulder.

1 scoblebrick .... nice

Looks more like a damsel fly but they're cool regardless. Must be some water nearby. They're quite territorial iirc

I'm near Burgess Park so figures

I've got a hedgehog visiting/living in my garden. Unreasonably excited about the whole business. I've named it "Hogarth"

Honeysuckle has done well this year, well this one the others got black fly and did badly

Lots of colour at the moment. Plenty more to come.

Defo a sycamore. I've got two big ones in my garden and spend my life removing saplings from all over the place.

And should I be concerned by the neighbours plant?

I always do well with French Breakfast No.3 sown March / early April - they need to grow quickly and don't like it when it warms up later in the summer.

Nextdoor had a knotweed problem in the rear garden which has been treated but not signed off yet.
I then saw the above out the front and the other nextdoor neighbour appears to have a knotweed plant in theirs.

Yes and no the neighbours plant is Japanese Knotweed which is very invasive and there is also a lot of hype about it
