£225 at most
-
• #181
Actually less, looking at the rear hub
-
• #182
£200-30, saw it on ebay (I dont think you overpaid too much), not a bad buy though as long as the frame is ok
-
• #183
are they tubular? £225 sounds alright
that saddle :(
-
• #184
It was £250.
If its ok i'll be repainting the frame and changing the seat, post, bars, wheels.
It's gonna be used as a pub bike with a few evenings at the velodome .
ONly thing is I can only have 3 bikes and this is gonna be number 5!
So I'll have to decide if i'm gonna sell the pompino cx bike -

Keep the paintjob, it is splendid. Other it will be just another faceless powder-coated thing. Put the money towards some nice period cranks, and have both the wheels the same. You could go either way with that, it would look good with two of either,

It's worth what the purchaser wants to pay for it no?
For what it's worth - I like it. Don't paint it.
-
• #189
please do not paint it, It looks nice already

Your opinion is much appreciated

I don't like that deep section rim on the back, coming to an ebay site near you soon

Very true, when you say period cranks these aren't to dissimilar are they?

bugger, I don't want it now :(
I was after a fuji track, the older quill stem version wish i had waited now -
• #196
well, this is a better built frame than a fuji track, better tubing for a start.
-
• #197
