Dudes, read the original post. I did not build it like that, because I'm not retarded nor such a clever troller.
Yeah, the wheelsize for the frame is supposed to be 622/571 (or 700c/650c). The original fork is long gone, but I've managed to get a NOS Benotto 571 track fork for it, which is pretty sweet.
The original build should have been something like this, with that Tachion style fork and bars:
The shop is in Turku, Finland, but I guess they've been shamed and facepalmed enough on the Finnish FGSS-forum, so no names here.

Those bars and where they're attached are amazing.

I have a 2 lopro's on the go
first is the faux Lopro KHS aero ( frame is for sale)
And a Fillet brazed aero tubed LOOK... still putting the wheelset together but will have full Mavic track group...

Both need different stems. Khs need a shorter one and the look maybe an ergo?

Now finished! Did the maiden ride to work this morning...

If you think you have the saddle angle right, it usually means you have the saddle height wrong too.
-
• #810
Saddle height is a tad wrong, it should be 2-3cm higher. The saddle angle felt right though.
I'll tweak it and see what happens on my way back home tonight... -

I still remember when that was one ebay! It's great to see where it's gone now :)
Although I am going to pick up this beaut today

You know... If you have your saddle in such an angle it tends to mean that you should lower the saddle height, not raise it. Also puts more pressure on your arms, when you have to push against sliding forward from the seat. Plus it looks sad.

Think its the angle of the photo on the KHS cause its only 100mm stem...
The Look will have a Mavic stem and Mavic pursuit bars that pic is of it when it was purchased

it is a little steep, but I have a forward slant on my lopro, your argument is persuasive, but pain in my epididdimus is more so...

I really enjoy building bike but things got out of control in the last year and I have far too much stuff at home... Including 5 bikes...

(the one in the middle technically is not mine)
-

They are all track lo-pros, you should invest in one with standard dropouts ;-)
The frame is an early 1990's Cougar built by Terry Dolan. Chris Boardman had the exact same frame and the guy I bought it from used to race with him around 1992.

Just seen it's EGO tubing on pedalroom, good luck selling the GT too.
Oh my word, for a second I thought you were proudly posting a finished project :|
Good find, thank god you saved it.
How much did it cost?
