You don't, MAPS are custom.

Chop the top half off an old centre pull calliper arm and voilà.

Oh, and mount it with some of those conical washers you get on canti breaks so you can aim the light.

Edit: just had a closer look at the photo, I thought it was mounted to the rack, rather than the guard, but my method would work just as well here

they really do, thats a shame as one day id like to get some steel forks for my talbot and go touring, must be a way of beefing them up a bit

I'm looking to build a town / touring bike and would like disc brakes and rack mounts. Since I'm female with a short torso, I need a square-ish frame. Any suggestions?
