Hey congrats on the bike.
If you want to you can remove the stickers from those wheels fairly easily and it shouldn't leave a sticky residue. Personal preference and all that but I'm yet to find anyone that doesn't think they look worse destickered.

Shhhhh. Don't harsh their buzz.
(We've done the 'fuck planet x and their misappropriation of not particularly glamorous British marques' already I think (and don't even mention the faux-'sales').)

Need bar bag recommendations. For road bars, ideally not needing a decaleur or ugly bar mounts, easy to get into for food, a couple of pockets and either provision for a map or the ability to attach a map case. Maybe matches a frame bag. What's out there?

Apart from the map thing, alpkit stem cells or a top tube bag seem to fit the bill quite well.
I think you'll be hard pressed to find something that doesn't use a decaleur/klickfix which has easy access and map viewing panel thing. -

Sadly, I think you're right. Boo, klickfix. At least the bigxtop bag is nice. Good shout on the stem cells though

Is that a carbon frame?
I'm sure it's fine and adequate, and I'm sure Koga know what they are doing, but something in me isn't happy about that bike not being steel... Especially after Gaston posting Laner's bike, as a beautiful example of modern functional steel work... -

Chainguard seems a little overkill
-
• #12474
Lighter, stiffer, more comfortable. Makes sense for ride such as Mark's.

Carbon make the most sense if you're not using racks on it.
It's more than adequate for the purpose, especially the severe reduction in weight.
I love it
