  • Enough pointless non-power chatter! This dross isn't worth isn't email updates!

  • Enough pointless non-power chatter! This dross isn't worth isn't email updates!

Never underestimate the power of correct spelling.

  • Solution, turn off instant email notifications? This shizzle does'nt happen till Thursday and given that its now Friday i would'nt worry about it till next Thursday. Sorted.

  • Keep turning updates on and off vs getting pissed at you guys on a 15 minute basis. Only one of those options helps punctuate my day and gets me to the weekend quicker.

Oliver gets points for effort. Tim gets a slap. Matt gets an apostrophe bumped one place to the right.

  • Apostrophies, never 'really' understood those things :-(

  • forget rollapaluza thursdays. this was something else - yoyo-ing, sprints, cabbie pacing, maxi-spins...

stopped halfway with the legs out of sprint fodder. definitely back next week. will stick to fixed 70 + to the speed limit and do the full 22 miles

    Spin Cycle

Thursdays,1830hrs for 1845 departure at the Gloucester Gate traffic lights.
20mph+ average, but if you can't hold on, worry not! Form your own little train for light relief. Lap times are between 7:00 and 8:00, with a possible slow lap/rolling rest after the first 4. Stop after 8 laps/22 miles. Or earlier, if you're a slacker (here's looking at you). A little bit of a rest, then off to the Edinboro Castle for some refreshments ("calorie recovery")

    2. Friday

Jokes that were in the running included this picture (alongside a comment about forming a train of one), and something about Groupsave tickets.

Neither were up to much, but I might as well come along.

  • ^^Won't matter.

  • Cycling back from Cambridge that morning. Should mellow things out a little.

  • Boooo. No hour of flowers for me this week - off to the coast to do something I'm actually quick at.

Will be back next time with 74 (gear) inches of raging medium paced fury.

  • Fortunately (?) I'm scheduled to do a Vo2 max hill session Thursday so will have to pass this weeks as well..
