Ugh, very similar problem developing here. Just had an email to my personal address (which is actually against various laws, but let's not go there) from my boss because I had to go to the dentists this afternoon and apparently if I'm not there the place falls apart. Which begs the question why if they are so dependent on me are they making me redundant!

22 miles, perfectly paced for the hour. Only nago dude held on til the end, i saw upstart slink away and matt and iain gave up early. To the edinboro castle, for refreshments!

Managed 5 laps and decided it was getting a bit dark (lamo). Also managed to find a speed only I ride at so did most of it without a tow.... still, 19mph total average and didn't fall off my aero bars :)

That warmup lap was quite something - you looked like 6pt was about to lap the back group as I left. How the smeg do you go that fast?!
