    An hour of exertion and pain where you will be expected to put some effort in on the front is not the place to recover from a boozy late lunch.
    If you're going to be a liability, please just keep to yourself. Last week was a fast and tight train; I hope you possess the self-awareness to know at which point you threaten to compromise proceedings.
