Thursday Night - Hour of Power

I have thursday off, might come along, depends on the weather and how long I end up chatting to Ryan about my new custom frame.

I have no objection to what day of the week this occurs either, as long as its not friiiday. I'm out tonight though, got plans for this eve already.

Anyway ill be doing laps tomorrow and on thursday. how dya like them apples?

Am tempted to join you guys for some powerful hours. Two questions though. First, are gears allowed? Second, I can manage a 16mph average on solo, relatively hilly (1400m climbing), metric century rides in Kent; do I have any chance of holding on to you lot?

I think they have lockers in the park somewhere, I hate riding with a bag at all I think it makes quite a big difference

I've injured my neck resulting in it being fully locked in a forward facing position. Rather comical for the people around me, however my ability to look over my shoulder before pulling out is virtually null.
