I don't get the Godfather. (I / II / III / Revenge of etc...)
It's an ok film / set of films.
What's the big hoohaa about them though.

I love The Cramps, they're the main reason I became the person I am today, but...
Very patchy musically, not really worth listening to at all after Psychedelic Jungle... Off the Bone is 100% killer tho', untouchable 45rpm genius...

yeah, that said i kinda agree... the cartoon-a-billy schtick they got into in the twilight years got old pretty quick.
not one of us is fit to lick the piss off of Poison Ivy's boots tho.

My mate had a theory that all bands only really have six decent songs in them, so should only be allowed to release three singles.
Most of the best songs come in their early years, as the Cramps proved.

Famous Monsters is hits front to back, but a lot of the rest is very forgettable

Out of curiosity, do you find some of it uncomfortable listening in a post-#metoo world?
I was listening to something by the Dead Boys (I think) the a few weeks ago that I was getting really into, then suddenly got all self conscious about it.

aren't they all born again christians now?
bleh. this is why rockstars should all die young.

Pretty much every day in my house...

Guessing either you get loads done or everything's smashed to bits.

aren't they all born again christians now?
Probably. I'm awful at keeping up with anything to do with music anymore. Everything I listen to now falls into one of 3:
- What Spotify tells me to listen to
- Shazaming
- A distant recall of something I once liked found on YT or Spotify
- What Spotify tells me to listen to

Yeah I know, Static Age is also very good but I just prefer FM (those are the only good Misfits albums, fight me). Graves, meh, I don't even know who he is apart from his name. Looks like he's a libertarian and he posted something by the Proud Boys this year, which is obviously shitty but I'm happy to say he's an asshole and not it not affect my enjoyment of that album because I don't associate it with him.

Guy Ritchie.
Peaked with Lock, Stock and has been on a strong decline ever since.
Somehow still gets employed to make shit movies.
