Sounds strange from someone who do listen to Megadeath (and, to the lesser extent, Dio without the BS). You should know better where the real, lycra safe, music is.

Dio with the Bullshit lets me escape .. not all metal ... not all music has to be totally 100% serious and grounded in reality.

I'm a long time Metallica fan. Kill 'em all was released almost 10 years before Use Your Illusion.. but I wasn't into Metallica at that time.. I remember there being some debate as to whether GNR was suitable for me (it was an xmas gift) given the FUCKING language warnings on the cover. I don't think I knew what metal was back then.

I'm just saying that GNR did some cool stuff. I still like their version of Live and Let Die and T2 + You Could Be Mine is great. I own Use Your Illusion 1&2 for these two reasons.
