  • This is on its way. I think it looks like brilliant roadie (logos aside).

  • Look like a failed BMC.

  • Ed - are you blind?

Not so sure about the front end, it reminds me of Braker's XACD frame.

  • Dont the new Scotts have that style of front end?

There's plenty of aero road bikes out there these days. I suspect only a few will have the PX price tag (perhaps Boardman).

    ftfy

  • Looking fast is half the battle*.

(*assuming you're not actually racing your bike)

  • My BMC is designed with inspiration from the aero properties of a house brick. Yet they get to seattube, and think......hmmm needs a tear drop profile.

    Looks good though.

  • I'm taking comfort from the "blunt/wide is better" theory to which the rim makers are now pretty much all subscribed when it comes to aero- my bike looks to be made from carbon sheet that was formed by wrapping it round a fire extinguisher/drainpipe.

close up photos of that frame on bikeradar made it look like it wasn't finished very well..

  • I gather it's barely out of the prototyping stage. Road.cc has a better writeup (and actual ride notes).

Frame under 1kg and £700 for F&F seems pretty keen.

  • does it come blank? :)

Bike + Smallfurry lump = not aero

Great price, and I love the look. Just hope it doesnt have noodle qualities.

    linkz?

Planet-X looks like a Chinese carbon shop saw a thumbnail image of a Cervelo S5.

  • With a bit of Scott.

The S5 is in another league of fast looking-ness.

  • I'm not a fan of the new PX (above). A Nanolight with bb30 appeals more. Followed to a trip to Argos for some paint.

  • That S5 is the pig ugliest bike in the world. And it weighs 1.2kg

  • Thor sized, its a bit weird looking. Porn in Farrars size though.

  • It's not the ugliest bike I've ever seen - its main problem is it looks much worse than the S3, which was pretty handsome IMO.

  • think all the Cervelo's look ugly these days.. the paint jobs make them look like cheap Specialized's

  • Shirley not

    Don't you ride a Specialized? ;)

  • yep... Much prefer S Works to Cervelo..

  • That's just like saying you prefer Ford to Vauxhall.
