And Pifko wins twice, since it is a biscuit spread made of biscuits that you can spread on biscuits. Thin it down with some hot water, add some chai spice and you can have biscuit tea with your biscuit-spread-spread biscuits. Which you could dunk in the biscuit tea.

I told Mal I should just lock the kitchen and give her the key. That would stop me eating Nutella by the tub..
^^how will locking you out of the kitchen stop you eating nutella in the bathroom?
I'm not sure Oliver, how will it?
That actually was HatBeard, I would have used that to call you tubby.

Foot pain (so no emergency calorie busting runs) + really long hours @ work have been conspiring against me, and if I'm truly honest- laziness.
I'm writing here at about 69.5kgs, which is a fucking crazy increase on summer low of 67... I really can't wait till end of this week- new placement, that is near to house, so in theory more time to exercise, and less opportunity to eat crap as can nip back for healthy lunches. -
• #7594
Sorry to hear about your foot, 2.5kg isn't much and if it's rapid weight Gianni's probably only temporary only. Good news that there is a solution soon for eating at least?
-
• #7595
Yeah, foot's a right nuisance. I should probably go get an X-ray as its a repeated offender.
Been using a treadmill to gauge how hurt it is at any one time.
May start using the death machine (erg)... -

How tall are you, out of interest? In any case, that's not really a big gain, certainly not by the standards of this thread ;) I also had injuries disrupting my exercise last year, but I started this year at 80kg - about 7.5 kg up from the start of 2013! Some of us here can put on 2.5kg in a weekend with a little application.

Can you not take in packed lunches? Controlling your own food (particularly portion sizes) = win.I've been eating almost exclusively raw vegan this last month. It's very easy, on that regimen, to feel full while running a calorie deficit. As a result, am back down to 71.5. Bit drastic, I have to admit. Upping the carb intake now.

177cm.
I do take my own lunches in, but sometimes (always) there's free cake from the midwives. I can't really help myself.
Plus I'm not sure if I mentioned- but I've gotten a bit too lazy recently. -
• #7598
So your current BMI is 22.1? Until you're feeling better, I wouldn't worry about doing any more than halting the upward trend. Fine-honing your physique can wait for healthier days.
-
• #7599
BMI is not helpful really though...
Anyways, yeah I know I'm just moany at the moment. Apologies. -
• #7600
It's certainly not too helpful once you're inside the "ideal" zone but still have definite goals. But this is fine tuning.
No, sadwich is new.
