I actually enjoy promax diet chocolate and the vanila is fine with a splash of milk - you lot need to htfu!
That said I had 3 shakes from a tub of usn stuff and gave it away - made me retch!
Have eaten a lot today (all healthy) but feel starving! Will cram down a banana and maybe a slice of wholemeal toast before swimming, I feel so much happier knowing I can train how I like this week rather than cramming around other commitments!
Should be on course to break 2hr 30 for an olympic tri in 2 weeks (assuming the rest of my team are up to it!)

omg. trying to get calories without carbs is fecking difficult.
butter with everything. going to have to start having full cream in my coffee at this rate! -

Came home ravenous, ate everything in the fridge.
Why am I so hungry? I had a 900 calorie lunch. 900! I ate over a kilo of fruit because I thought "this will fill me up for hardly any calories, score" but I'm hungrier than ever. Stomach, y u so whiny? y u so empty?!

Steadily gaining weight.
It's healthy when you do it slowly, right..?

Flaxseed pancakes are good:
http://caloriecount.about.com/low-carb-flax-seed-pancake-recipe-r61280
The recipe seems similar to the one I used to use.
They are a bit bland but they're one of the few low carb alternatives that doesn't taste like eggs/have awful texture. -

Butter in my coffee eh..
Mmmmm!

Will have to try the flaxseed pancakes!
I absolutely hate eggs, so that's a big loss on what I can eat. Was having greek yogurt + blueberries ... which I really do like but the fruit really rockets up the carbs.
Will have to find some decent cream for the coffee

^ I'm telling myself that high intensity interval training is bulking up my thighs.
Hopefully :-/

Perhaps this is because you choose to follow broscience diets, and your liver is fucked.
I prescribe to no specific diet, I pick foods to try and maximise energy/feel good.
The fat processing problem is something called post infectious IBS. I had severe gastro-enteritis a couple of years ago. Things have been screwed up since then.

How tall are you?
-
• #6239
173cm why?
-
• #6240
Ah I don't feel quite so bad now. 188cm myself.
Had to be at work early this morning so only having breakfast today. Consists of one unflavoured protein shake with water - suprised me how easy they mix.
So I have this scoop - http://www.myprotein.com/protein-accessories/myprotein-plastic-scoop-large/10530367.html?rbm=a
I guess one of these is enough?
Edit - Just checked and it says take with one large scoop - which I have

I weighed in at 140lbs (63.2kg on conversion) the morning after my last day of riding.
I have since rectified this by eating more.
I expect to weigh around 68kg on my return. -

Didn't do any cycling at the weekend so lost weight, back to 65kg

82.1KG yesterday morning. Still hoping to be Sub 80kg in time for our holiday in Aug. But I'm bulking up more now so don't know whether that'll happen.

Cycling puts weight on you?

Increasing muscle mass generally speeds up metabolism, so as you bulk up you might find you burn more fat, also surely if you're hoping for a better beach body, then weight isn't neccesarily the right measure (although it is convenient). I really rate taking a series of body measurements once a week, as it gives another measure when the scales don't tell the whole story...

Yeah good point.
Maybe worth taking measurements then.
On a side note met parents for lunch today, was convinced to have a steak. Means I have to be creative with a 200 cal dinner tonight now after a run, ideas anyone? Might even end up with another protein shake.

Eat what you want.
A calorie count should be give or take a fair amount of calories (~200). -

A calorie count should be give or take a fair amount of calories (~200).But I like to keep it within my 1800 for the day.
May make up a tuna salad.
Some of them are really nice - Optimum Nutrition's Mint Choc for example!
