Yep!
I used to work with a guy who called it fat friday - the one day per week where you can relax and stop being hard on yourself, it doesn't help directly but it does mean that when you are in the pub on a thursday you can turn down beer without going insane as you can have one tomorrow...
The challenge is to relax without going completely overboard!
14k done in the end with a lovely lap around hyde park,
Loving the fact the trousers that were skinny 2 months ago are now baggy and need a belt to keep them up!

Around 6 weeks ago I was 85kg.
I am now 80kg.Basically I cut out the muscle building suppliments, replaced one of my weekly weights sessions with a CV session, and cut evening snacks.
Its 5 less kgs to carry around. But its pretty much all been lost from upper body muscle. So I cant say I've totally happy about it.

Fat friday eh? Always thought that was an excuse for the secretaries at my previous job to have a mid morning snack of square sausage and tattie scone rolls, irn bru and a pub lunch.

Yeah I think its a dieting technique that seems to stick in a lot of peoples mind, however they seem to forget about the rest of it...
The lardy secretaries here call it feel good friday, and have a rota of who has to buy the cakes on each week...

When I did my craftyketo it was every weekend. Worked fine as I did a lot of exermacise.
Boxing, gym and cycling roughly 6 days a week of training.
Mon-Fri
Porridge - chicken and broccoli - whatever dinner was minus the carbs if I could
Satirday - Sun
Eat whatever. -

Every day is 'who gives a fuck day'. I'm never going to be pro, never going to be a supermodel, you know what I mean, but I do my little turn on the catwalk, yeah on the catwalk..

83.7 this weekend after a weekend of big dinners and booze.
Tis is probably more to do with dehydration than weight loss.
Need to step it up a notch.

Lost 1.7Kg this week with very little exercise. This leads me to suspect some of it was probably muscle. Oh well...

Grr, pissed off about my lack of progress this week but I was ill for half the week and had a few beers and ended up having kfc on friday at 3am so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised!
Still I've lost 3 cm round my waist according to my emergency measurements so maybe its muscle...

When I was off the bike I lost a fair bit of weight which I put down to this.

I would have thought there would be a large element of retained water loss in that number, as if you've cut down your food intake your glycogen levels will have dropped and its my understanding that glycogen holds water.
Given that its just been a week off the bike your unlikely to have lost muscle through wasteage, and unless you've done some serious endurance or completely starved yourself your body is unlikely to be actively metabolising muscle..

It's not just the very little exercise last week (I probably did about 25 miles of walking and two days of those sets that appeared on the thread a couple of weeks ago).... I also had two weeks off before that whilst I was sunning myself in Spain. My diet consisted of beer, meat, cheese and more beer.

I basically sat all weekend eating great big spoonfuls of salt so as a result I am ginormo on the scales today.
Back on the wagon now though!

Google drive continues not to be extremely glitchy on my phone so I'll update the spreadsheet later on (though it looks like my name is now at the top of the spreadsheet?). I have to say that I've had a very enjoyable week eating whatever the hell I want - I've had all the good stuff, including lots of cheese, beer and cake. And chips with redsalt. On saturday I went to a barbeque and ate so much cake that people started commenting on it, and on sunday a little old lady at a WI hall looked me up and down and said that it was a wonder I'm this slim when I eat in the way that I do.
Weigh in this morning wasn't quite as awful as it could have been (67.5), but then I did also find some cheese that I didn't manage to finish over the weekend (delicious lancashire smoked cheese...) so it might yet go up some more.

Cheese. Christ, I just remembered that i came home drunk on friday and had half a block of Edam and a bowl of Angel Delight for dinner.
THIS IS WHY I AM FAT.

I catered for and hosted a baby shower for my sister this weekend.
I devoured my body weight in pastry and baked goods.I'm finding it difficult to cycle because my hayfever is so bad at the mo.

Oh god i am so hungry today. I can't wait to go home. I know for a fact I've got a couple of steaks in the fridge and I am truly salivating at the thought of them. Get in my face, steaks.
