Ha, I'm looking at percentage loss as my competition! But either way, more competition can only help me!
yeah even as a percentage i should do well!added myself to the sheet, heaviest person on there except for braker who's about six inches taller than me, even my target is heavier that everyone else... but still would see me having lost 15% of my weight!

I have to shift 3 kilos in 6 weeks in order to be under the weight for a compnay skydive (weight limit 14.5stone with clothes wtf?). Is dieting - eating low carb high lean protein plus lots of running the best way to do this?
Is it possible? This could be incredibly embarassing3kg is nothing unless you're already super lean.
Find drug dealer. Don't eat or drink. Shit lots. Wee lots. Sweat lots. Shave your body hair. Clip your nails. Job done. -

I've realised (albeit late) that vegetables will fill you up no end, can be cooked in a variety of different ways and are very low in calories.

Not flying through my calorie goal seemed easier today and I at least have my commute to help me stop feeling lazy, and I think I should be good to go again as of Friday!

Is it possible? This could be incredibly embarassingJust go zero carb.
Zero carb will eliminate a massive amount of water weight. You should be able to lose 5kg in a couple weeks, 6 weeks no problem at all.
After the 2 weeks where you carb and related water stores deplete, you will enter a state of ketosis where your body will use fat as the primary energy source rather than the carbs. So you will start to lose some fat as well.
Just before the big day, you can evaluate the weight loss and see about carbing up again if you lost more weight than you needed to.
Vegetable stir frys will be your friend and omlettes.
