Apparently, eating a bag of phizzy pig tails and a tub of Haagen Daz dulce de leche icecream on a regular basis may predispose me to type 2 diabetes, irrespective of fitness level and overall calorie intake.
1,500 calories, 200g of which from sugar, is not good for you? Who knew...
I will never speak to my sister again.

What do medical professionals know though, really, when you get right down to it?

Slow but steady progress from me, going to ramp it up this week, see what happens

Mmmm. Gingerbread.

I've just found a newsagents that does loads of Aussie sweets and American candy ie. Cherry Ripes and Raspberry M&Ms. In terms of weight loss, should I eat all of it today or spread the intake over many lunch times?
-

Delicious. I discovered double decker ice creams are less good than double deckers by am almost infinite amount.
Where is this newsagents?
-
• #5687
Not telling, you might buy all their cans of Solo before I get a chance!

Where on earth do I find this magical ice cream?!

It was really underwhelming. I was so hopeful... but a direct side by side comparison increased the realisation of disappointment with the ice cream.
I found mine in a service station at 1am last night. -

I'm happy to provide a second opinion on Double Decker icecreams.
Yours selflessly,

Same situation with Morrisons own-brand version of Ben & Jerrys. Tasteless pish.

If you want a taste of home, get some Penguins, they're the same as Tim Tams, absolutely identical
-

^ Not true! I've done a taste test.
-
• #5695
Yeah I suppose not exactly the same. Penguins are slightly nicer.

What's this?
They do their own medley-style ice creams with bits in them, half the price but about half the flavour, sweetness and chunks of cookie dough too.
Wait till B&Js are on offer.
Either: a) I weighed the cat instead of myself, or b) there's a digit missing and I'll fix it later.
