I'm currently enjoying a ketogenic diet. Not sure of exact current weight but I'm down abut 10 lbs in just over 5 weeks.
The main victory is that I'm leaner than ever. I was initially annoyed when my weightloss slowed but I've started to see a fair bit of difference and I think I maybe didn't have as much weight to lose as I thought (I thought I'd have to lose a fair whack before I got anywhere near this lean).
Anyone else doing/tried keto?

I'm a forward. So a morbidly obese marathon runner.
The backs should'nt run more than 4km, as it cause too much slow twitch muscle development. Well they say that, the lazy cnuts.
Me being pretty before a winter of weight lifting and suppliment scoffing...
Now 2.5Kg heavier.

gloves, pffftt..........
I've broken all the fingers in my right hand, including my thumb, and one finger twice, over the last two years. The gloves make me think they'll be ok, in the same way my compression top supports my dodgey repeatedly broken ribs.
Its all in my head. But thats OK.

it's just the standard response to gloves but I'm sure I'm not the first to crack wise
fingers are a bastard, always in the way. broken all mine too over the years. thumbs were the last to go, not fun when that happens

Training across the fjord tommorrow. As the Norwegian half of our team live in the neighbouring town.
Expecting minus 5 to 10, and driving winds. Still a fecking blast.

That would be lovely. You truly are a gift to humankind you wonderful, wonderful man.
Mine goes like this, only time I tend to get hungry is the few hours till evening dinner. I used to be hungry between brekkie and lunch but carrots or a black coffee help the hunger pangs.
Brekkie
Snack - carrots
Lunch
Snack - Apple or orange
Evening meal
