Shits aside, can everyone add their height to the comments on their username?
Makes it easier to compare against similar sized peeps. Also, worth mention m/f if this makes a significant difference? Looks like it's all guys as far as I can tell so far? Where are you Scoot? Thought you were joining the fun! -

bringing this to the current page

if we had a second column for height we could automatically calculate our BMI at each weigh in - I know BMI has its problems but it would make comparison easier.
-
• #2508
i'd be keen to add a proper column, maybe get it to autosort on the basis of highest weight loss% so far as well?
-

Added height in m
... will try and work out how to tabulate formula for %weight loss/ kg initial.
Can do BMI, but its a bit silly. -
• #2510
How did you- whoever did that, in a spreadsheet- tabulate for the current row of figures?
-
• #2511
Got the table open in another window, nice to click on it and see everyone adding their weights in and everyone going in the right direction.
Good work on the percentage thing. Shouldn't it appear in the column after this weeks weigh in tho? -
• #2512
hope i havent broken that too bady, one everyone puts data in then it will look less of a mess

Down to 83.9 I reckon I can get below 13 stone in under a month. Also weighed myself fully clothed and half way through the day. Perhaps id be lighter in the morning. Going the right way though which is good as I didn't expect it to happen overnight, lifestyle changes and all that. Here's to another good week people ill keep you updated and look forward to reading other peoples experiences.

General consensus that BMI not worth adding? Just % loss? Makes sense to me not to bother with it.
Looking forward to the pie charts. Do we all get a colour? Dibs green. -

Sainsburys ed ill work some magic on it later. I do it for a living after all!
I'm also going to put together a summary sheet which will have our names and monthly weight loss, who's lost the most weight each month that kind of thing.

That's pretty cool spenceey.
This is going to be a good resource. -
• #2519
I'll also add the usual line graphs to plot all our weight loss together, it'll look awesome in a couple of months.
You can copy graphs and paste as images if your happy for them to be posted in this thread?

Hoping to hit 60kg by the end of feb then stay there. Looking for a perfectly flat line on my graph.
-
• #2523
At 6 ft 2 I don't think I could healthy get down to 60kg! 75 would be ideal for me 11 stone 8. Although when my cycling increases more my weight may aswell due to more muscle.

Should we agree a time of day for weigh-in? First thing sunday morning nekkid sound about right?
And yeah, I expect that my weight may creep back up a bit once I've put some of the muscle back on that I've lost recently. Looking for consistancy more than anything. 60kg to get rid of excess lard then work on conditioning from there. Want to stay lean, not desperate to regain my gorilla shoulders.. -

Erm im not too sold on a certain day and time. As long as you weigh yourself once a week and put it in the right coloum you won't have to worrie as it'll all be relative.
looks like everyone is moving in the right direction - although in my case it's only the difference of a large dump (or the wobbly needle on my scales)
