    Constantly alternating between 73 and 77kg. Somewhere in the middle is my natural ideal weight.

  • There is definitely a Pareto principle with fat and weight loss: The first 80% takes far less work than the last 20%.

    If your GP is happy, you are then "fukkit" is sometimes just the right thing to do :)

    Waist and hips only lost a cm, but fat caliper shows fat loss and I can see it. From 25 to 22% seems bit high though...but i find it hard to get them consistent.

    So 12 march 61.9 may hopefully work out. Then back to maintenance for a bit. I don't diet too long 8-10 weeks usually. And it's pita last bits of flab...

    It's not all bad, I'm getting a bit of 'shape' from the gym, just the guy isn't going anywhere.

    I'm pretty strong, but not lean, and a particularly virus riddled winter has meant my cardio has fallen off a cliff.
    Normally 4.5 hours of Taekwondo each week, planning to get into a habit of regularly doing 3 turbo training sessions before work and a longer ride in the weekend, and a couple of short 15minute kettlebell/pull up sessions.

    Used to be 61kg when I was competing in Taekwondo years ago, but have very little chance of getting near this (my legs are about 50% bigger than they were)

  • It snowed a couple of times during yesterday's 200k so, no, no warm weather in my life at the moment. Psychological meltdown.

  • If your weight increases after you have a shit, maybe that's the answer. Mine does not.
