Isn't pasta off the list of good foods to eat
-
• #11979
There's nothing wrong with pasta unless you're coeliac and eat the gluten version.
-
• #11980
Is that even a thing?
-
• #11981
Yes, a coeliac unlike a yummy mummies who claims to be gluten-intolerant is actually a thing.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coeliac_diseaseNo, pasta is not bad for you.

Never said there was anything wrong with pasta, it's just not something you
want toshould consume 3,000 calories of in the space of four hours. -

Depends if you are going to ride for the next 2 days non-stop

You're right. Four hours is far too long. Try harder.

Depends on what you've done already today and what you plan to do.
I've got 1000 in the bank and will have another 700-800 after turbo training tonight.
But after that turbo I will be refueling with some HI NRG foods. Reach for the Quavers! oonce onnce so that "limit" will disappear quickly.

Did some hard intervals, outside, on the road, in the cold at lunchtime
Will take it easy tonight and rest tomorrow.
4oo cal deficit yesterday, probably same today. -

I think I was 2000 down on Sun so I feel less guilty about Mon. Today I'll finish just slightly under, after polishing off a tub of ice cream. Self control? Moi?

Cut Down meat intake and cut the booze. Need to up my gym / activity to get to 83kg. -

New to this thread, but it looks like it could motivate me.
I'm 6'2" and have always been "skinny". I've never thought about my weight. I eat what I want, when I want, including any and every snack, sweets, cheese etc.
But, it's been creeping up to over 80kgs and won't stop going up if I don't do something.
This year I turn 40 and also celebrate a year off alcohol. It occurs to me that it is a good opportunity to sort out my weight, get fitter and maybe even get a bit ripped.
Getting fitter is covered by riding more, the rest of the forum is good for that.
Getting ripped ... Ummmm.
But weight loss is for right here. Goal is 75kg.
So, I've started weighing myself morning and evening, recording it in Google Fit app. I've also made the decision to try and eat responsibly. Let's see how far that takes me.
31/1/18 80.4kg
