  • I ate a lot of that in TABR after I'd dissolved my insides with sugary goodies.

  • 4 times 10 Steady State done, glad I measured out 40g of oats beforehand.

  • 77kg this morning vs. 76.9 yesterday morning despite last nights food. Avoided cheese, bread, cheesy creamy mash and dessert, as well as alcohol, and feel like I got over a massive hurdle. some good training planned for the weekend, so assuming I keep this up, i'm heading towards my first half marathon of the year in better shape weight wise than I was last year, even if i'm not quite as run fit as I was...

  • Good start today
    2 x slices gluten/ wheat free toast, 7g butter, 2 x medium organic eggs, scrambled with a splash of soya milk & black pepper
    2 hours on bike, including 40 mins at SS
    Lunch, spinach, chicken breast & beetroot.
    Bad- Organic cider, 1 pint.

  • Steak and eggs for breakfast.
    Steak and eggs for dinner.

  • A busy day doing Deliveroo followed by two bags of crisps, 4 jam donuts

    No change in tape measurements but only measure two areas
    1400 net calories, 9 days to lose an lbs. I've another 8 weeks to go, yay...

    Didn't get to gym yesterday and moving home next weekend. I can call that "cardio" though ;)

    didn't really watch what I ate last week (weekend was bad), need better self control.

  • Yeah, weekends are bad for me as I'm out of routine.

  • I'm usually having problems when I meet people, with my stupid low calorie needs only salads with chicken/tuna fit, and sometimes I just want a sandwich.

  • Annoyingly I'm still at 90kg (thought gone from 92.8 - 90.1 this month) but my body fat % has continued to drop.

    Set the goal to do proper exercise (6k run, HIT class, Football match, weights session) every day this month and 22 days in feeling pretty good.
