  • Makes you wonder what happens to the hormone levels of body builders...

  • Most successful weight loss strategies I have employed:

    1. knocked off bike, jaw broken and teeth broken. Soup and yoghurt only
    2. Run to work, run home (26k/day)
    3. Count calories in against calories burnt

    I was fittest (by an incredible margin) when I did 2

  • My most successful:

    1. I invented a time machine and went back to when I was 12. The kilos just melted away...
    2. Drinking water from farm puddles to contract gastro. Shitting through a needle never felt so satisfying.
    3. Heroin addiction
  • potatoes and peppers, kitchen's essentially empty

    1. Food poisoning in Cuba that almost resulted in death
    2. IF.
    1. Raving every weekend and eating barely anything while at Uni
    2. Training for a marathon
    3. intermittent fasting

    1 and 2 are out as i cant be arsed anymore.

    1. Portion control and increased exercise
    2. Intermittent fasting
    3. Noro

    Going for a combo of 1+2 now as daughter has stopped bringing #3 home.

    1. shit boring consistent calorie counting. It works. I can also intermittently fast, but I don't really see the point over the shit boring calorie counting. I do tend to eat very little on Sundays to make up for any "transgressions" during the week, so maybe I sorta do it already?

    2. a digestive factory bug, but that was one week I rather not repeat :)

  • Disappointingly bland itsu teriyaki pot.

  • For that there are..

    1- Steroids [hormones basically]
    2 - thyroid drugs
    3 - natural lifters are piss weak near the end

  • It kind of creeps me out how their shops are wallpapered with images of young, attractive people having water fights. "This could be you if you eat here"...

  • I lost 2 and a half stone in just over a week the first time i got proper flu. in the first 5 days all I managed to eat successfully was half a sandwich.

  • No, Imperial Stouts and a kebab... but it means I have to ride on the turbo while eating and drinking. :)

    Bet you £100 that if you swapped your commute from bike to run you'd be 75kg before you know it.
