Hmmm. Tricky, this one.
I'd say my old stable weight was around 80Kg. (Although I've been 85Kg for rugby)
I'd like to be a stable 75Kg. I'm curently around 76Kg.So say a 5kg loss.

I was 77.6kg this morning though.
Local supermarkets are having a price war on loose weight sweets. It was like 80% off where I was. They had loads of quality chocolates too. Bought well over a kilo of chocolate and fudge for the easter hols. Smashed the lot over the weekend. Got fat.

Sorry but it's been tough.
I feel like i'm swimming against the tide. Recently, I've stopped eating on Tuesdays, just for the halibut but i'm floundering.

a good few weeks of effort and nothing has changed on the scales front but my TT skinsuit goes on a lot easier than it did and can see a difference visibly, now would just like the 3kg of weight to go as well!
