I'm still relatively new to the vast majority of people on here (just about a year as far as I can remember) but I really don't understand what all the hassle is. James is always polite in person - maybe a trifle ascerbic from time to time, but generally a good enough sort of chap. Having met Joe on a couple of occasions he seems like a nice enough bloke too.

We appear to be carrying on like this is some sort of middle-eastern peace treaty. Surely two grown men can sit their arses down and agree to disagree without getting shirty about it all. There will always be "but he said" type issues but just get on with things and live your lives people!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - if you're not prepared to say it to someone's face then don't write it.

What I'd like to be doing is emailing people about the Dunwich coach, or investigating and dealing with the sellers who aren't delivering stuff swiftly, or attacking the re-design and getting the community adverts sorted, or writing and sending out a newsletter email.

But recently, it feels like all I'm doing is grabbing children by their ears to tell them to stop squabbling. What really gets me is that these aren't n00bs, it's regulars... long-established and well-regarded people. People I actually care about offline, but whom are being so unfortunate online.

I just have better things to be doing than this.

Which is why, if I have to get involved it will be severe. And if it continues, then the severity will rise disproportionally until the problem effectively goes away enough to let me do the stuff I want to be doing.
