Right. I'll give Veet a crack then.. I don't mind the smell of burning hair.

Totally agree waxing is best and I used to do it all the time when only doing tris as a month between races would mean the hair grew back long enough to wax.

But road racing pretty much every weekend now means it's not possible.

Update.. Tried it last weekend and it was shit.. Ended up having to shave anyway.

In the interests of empirical enquiry I tried it again last night. Left it on for 10 minutes... Same as last week..

My conclusion is that Veet is Sheeeeet.

It collects in the wrinkles, and is difficult to rinse off. Causing deep enough slices in all of the prementioned wrinkles, to cause a lot of bleeding and extreme pain.
