Yes. The headset is creaking like fuck, but it was doing that the whole day anyway. Bonnets are soft. Both kinds, not that that's relevant. Technically it's a hit and run, so I'd like them fucking reprimanded in some way. I noticed, on getting up, that it had happened within seconds of ticking over 150 miles. Not sure that means anything.

I saw your ride report Mr MyFix, sorry to hear about the IABDDOW driver and idiot passenger- I hope that you get a result, as they say.
I was intending on heading out of London to some North Downs lanes, but my spare tub is currently unavailable to me, so I stuck to London.
50 miles, made up of Regents, Richmond and Dulwich Park, and the roads between them.
Quite good fun tearing round Regents Park with some of the Dynamo, I might go on Thursdays now to see what it's like.
Just seen Spybots comment- I'll update this post with a graph shortly.

Perhaps we should get together for some sort of self help meeting and howl like men at the moon!
85 miler!? That 25 more than I've managed. I think I'm probably permanently dehydrated, so will start there.
Stay in touch. I'd be interested if you have any tips, but you're probably right. It's likely to be about level of effort and isotonics. -

Rolled down to Hastings with anothersam and Tonyme. Great weather for it, light northerly pushing me along the flat nicely. Unfortunately I had booked a train that required me going off the front just outside battle,apologies to the guys for that.
Great route that really showed the best of the English countryside.

Didn't wake up in time to go on Brixton cycles club ride with 6pt, so punished myself with an hour of intervals on the spin bike. It was throughly awful

@Tiswas - where's your old family home?
@hippy - yes to plates, plus a couple of witnesses. I felt like a slower, less fat you today, doing that endurance shit. And, because of the endurance shit when I got in, I'm now a less fat me. That's a win-win, right? Yeah, heard about Scherrit. Nasty. At least his brain has kindly refused to remember it.

What happened to Scherrit?

Clipped wheels on clubrun, probably doing 25-30mph at that point. Ribs, collarbone, and concussion?

I hope he is ok, please wish him well from me

^^ Nice photo. Do you have to have a Strada account to read the comments?
All these Strada links are meaningless to me because I don't have an account :/
