I need to re-encode (is that the correct term?) the video as it looks a bit pants, and was filmed in HD, so I'll re do it at a higher res and see if it comes out better. I was just too impatient to wait for it to upload a massive file.

Be careful Simon, I'll be tempted to geek out on codecs and whatnot... and I think youtube will just re-encode anything that doesn't use it's preferred settings and codecs.
