What's your excuse for not being out riding right now?

i've just got in. it was fab.

rode into a pothole at 30mph coming down a hill, was knocked out for 40 minutes and wokeup in the ambulance last weekend, not feeling up to riding just yet - another day or so maybe.

That's the most acceptable response so far. Heal up.

I'm in a similar state to wibble.
except slightly less fit.

plus I just had a curry.
it hurts my soul.

and I'm learning arabic for an exam tomorrow.
and bike tinkering in the garden.

now I'm just making excuses.

none, even been out with the mrs on a borrowed bike form londandwinding, went over to the thames yesterday, had a few pints, then rode to teddington with her today. all good but damn frustrating :) she hasn't rode for at least 20 years.

our lab got it a few years ago still going on, extented for a 2 more years, it was massive. the guy you refer to is Larry Zweibel, or someone in his group.
