none, even been out with the mrs on a borrowed bike form londandwinding, went over to the thames yesterday, had a few pints, then rode to teddington with her today. all good but damn frustrating :) she hasn't rode for at least 20 years.

I've always taken great pleasure dissecting my burgers.

It's 1 part mental illness combined with 1 part "the longer it takes me to eat this pub lunch the more likely the boss will get another round in and the less time I spend working".
