Pursuit is this week. People seemed to know as they'd been asking through the week. I think I'll email everyone tonight just to confirm
It'll be 6 laps I reckon.
Now I've been pwned! The printed program definitely says it's next week.
Fingers crossed the weather plays ball for Wednesday. Would love to have another crack at an IP after the Rollapaluza track day.

** Times from Rolla/Gruppo meet.
Individual Pursuit 2700m**
1 James S 3.39 1st Rolla
2 Stelle 3.46 1st Female
3 Tom 3.47
4 Sean 3.50
5 Tom P 3.51
6 Andy P 3.52I'll work you out a 3.38 then Andy?
I reckon I could have gone a bit faster, as I was careful to not overdo it to begin with and build the speed in a sustained way, so I'd give it a bash. It was difficult to judge how fast you were going with no pacing guidance.

Walking the line/pacing IP is one of my favourite coaching jobs. Happy to print out a few schedules and pace whoever on the night.

James could have gone a fair bit quicker if he hadnt let some fat old man wind him up into blowing.

I wish I'd seen it, I was too busy trying to avoid him and stelle from catching me though. :-)

It is basically stupidity that consistently causes me to blow apart.

Just desperate to go as fast as possible! Maybe you need some kind of jedi training to control your power.

Andy, you're right - I messed up. I'll probably cut the 3 lap dashes. Pursuit is definitely on this Wednesday. If it rains, we'll shift it back to later in the year.

The forecast seems to suggest it'll dry up towards the end of the afternoon so hopefully the track will dry out enough for racing.

this is my usual forecast place
http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/10209
seems to show band of shows passing north over London around 3-5pm then clearing up - which leaves it all a bit uncertain - not clear where showers will appear
