I reckon I could have gone a bit faster, as I was careful to not overdo it to begin with and build the speed in a sustained way, so I'd give it a bash. It was difficult to judge how fast you were going with no pacing guidance.

Walking the line/pacing IP is one of my favourite coaching jobs. Happy to print out a few schedules and pace whoever on the night.

Andy, you're right - I messed up. I'll probably cut the 3 lap dashes. Pursuit is definitely on this Wednesday. If it rains, we'll shift it back to later in the year.

big rain here in town a few mins ago. looks like today's one of those 50/50 days. (Like others) I quite fancy a crack at the IP.

The forecast seems to suggest it'll dry up towards the end of the afternoon so hopefully the track will dry out enough for racing.

seems to show band of shows passing north over London around 3-5pm then clearing up - which leaves it all a bit uncertain - not clear where showers will appear

yes the satellite pic for London shows HH to be dry from 5ish onwards so you never know
