I am trying so desperately hard not to start drinking. The cider in the fridge is screaming out to me and it's getting louder. I know if I start I won't stop and that will curtail any racing tomorrow.
I must resist

I'm still away for the practice session, but we can do something before that.

Not sure about top 3 mike, it only takes a few of the faster guys to get together some good changes and a reasonable start, but we shall see.

On sunday, after training I was chatting briefly with an oldish fella who was running a stall, he said he used to be the army rollers champ back in the day. He was also very complimentary of Rollapaluza and its part in making Herne Hill popular again, and bringing it and VCL lots of attention.

best I drag my sorry old arse up there for the 16th then!

When are last weeks results going up JC? Keen to know how I fared overall in the flying 200 :)

What kind of horror distance is the IP this week? And is it wise to advertise the fact that the 30th June league has two 20ks?

The program says to bring your pursuit gear for next week, i.e. the 16th.

I will definitely have a bash at the pursuit. God knows how to ride it. I guess the trick is not to go off too quickly and blow up. But not to go off too slowly and get caught.

Pursuit is this week. People seemed to know as they'd been asking through the week. I think I'll email everyone tonight just to confirm
