Got another email this afternoon -
The vast majority of payments will be taken by next week (31 May), with the entire process completed by 10 June.
We will contact you before 24 June to let you know if you have been successful and, if so, which tickets you have been allocated. -
• #206
Yeah, same. Whatevs Olympicks.
-
• #207
Plus -
*If you have not been allocated any tickets in the initial process, you will have the first chance to apply for tickets. This will be followed by a further chance for those who were allocated some or all of their ticket requests.
Second chance sales will include tickets for lots of great sport including Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Boxing, Canoe Sprint, Cycling (Women’s Mountain Bike), Football, Handball, Hockey, Taekwondo, Volleyball, Weightlifting and Wrestling. So there are plenty of other chances to be part of the greatest show on earth.*
ie all those sports not over subscribed! (and presumably, that's male beach volleyball?)

Anyone have any money debited by midnight last night?
'Locog said 60% of cards would be debited by midnight on Wednesday, the "vast majority" by 31 May, and the process completed by 10 June.'

Nothing yet.
I reckon that means that if you asked for an under subscribed event, the cash will come out of your account. If you went for something popular you gona have to wait in the raffle barrel with the million who want 100m tickets

Was checking twitter to see if anyone has been debited and the vast majority say nothing has been taken.

More of my mates have allocated tickets though they don't yet know to which events. Why does this process have to be so mysterious?
