If you are looking for a .tcx of The Biggin Hill Loop, there is an export button under the map, which allows you to export .tcx.
Here is http://connect.garmin.com/activity/42489636 again.I generally use www.gpsies.com to do conversions. I have also used it to make routes. It allows you to download loads of different formats.

19th sounds like a plan. I quite often do this on a Sunday anyway.
You might mot like this M, but this route needs to be done reasonably early, as there are some sections where traffic sucks. I usually try to leave at around 9 from CSG.
